What counts as a delivery?

Each package with a unique tracking link is one delivery. Multi-stop trips count as one delivery per package, not per stop.

What happens if I exceed my delivery limit?

Nothing breaks — you keep dispatching. Extra deliveries are charged at your plan's overage rate (₦100/₦80/₦60 per extra) and added to your next invoice. No surprise overages, no service interruption.

Can I change plans?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect from your next billing period.

Is there a contract?

No contract on monthly billing. Multi-month plans are paid upfront but you can cancel before renewal.
